We will ship orders within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. 

We offer USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail.

UPS is now available.  UPS shipping is Monday- Friday until 1:30pm EST.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sundays.

If you would like USPS Express Mail or FedEx Ground, please email in to arbblankscustomercare@gmail.com to notify our customer service team.  These shipping options require additional shipping costs and customers will be invoiced at that time for the additional fee.

ARB Blanks is not responsible for delayed, stolen or misplaced packages from USPS or FedEx. Please contact your local post office if a package is not delivered in a respectable timeframe or delivered to an incorrect address. 

Pre-Orders will be shipped in the timeframe listed online.

Please be sure to double check zip codes when ordering.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of ordering. 

Email in to arbblankscustomercare@gmail.com to file for a return. You will be presented with a Return # that will need to be included on the inside and outside of the package. Please also include your order number. 

Please make sure the items to be returned are in the original clear packaging with no writing on them.  

We do NOT currently accept or offer exchanges or any products.

Please note there will be 10% taken off of your product amount if your products are returned in different packaging other than the original clear packaging or if the original packaging is marked or damaged to allow it to not be reused.

Customers are responsible for returned postage. 

If you have an issue with a product being defective or if you were sent an incorrect item, please email in to arbblankscustomercare@gmail.com and inform our customer service team so we can rectify the issue.

    Festive and Fun

    Fabric is of good quality and comfy to wear. The tops are easy to monogram or embroider- especially since each pair of PJs comes with an extra piece of candy cane fabric just the right size for a monogram or appliqué. I used an zigzag monogram, so the stitching wasn’t too dense. Each letter turned out SO well. My grandchildren and daughters loved them! My grandson wore his pjs all day Christmas Day they were so comfortable! This is a great and reliable website. I love ordering from ARB Blanks.

    Great Quality, per usual. Awesome customer service

    Pajamas are great, as always :) my family and customers love them. However, I have a new rave about the customer service. I’ve never needed to contact them before, but of course with the delay I was curious about updates. They were so quick to get back with me, made sure I was satisfied, and shipped ASAP. Some things are out of our (and ARB’s) hands and they did the best to handle the situation. Ready to see next years designs!
