Refund policy

Changing/Canceling an order

ARB Blanks strives on delivering orders 100% accurate and quickly.  Therefore, once an order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel the order.  Please ensure you verify your items and all information before the order is placed.  

Returns

ARB Blanks Non-Defective Product Return Policy and Information

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of ordering.  A store credit will be issued for ALL returns.

If you have an issue with a product being defective or if you were sent an incorrect item, please email in to arbblankscustomercare@gmail.com and inform our customer service team so we can rectify the issue. 

How to start a return:

Email in to arbblankscustomercare@gmail.com with your order number to file for a return. You will be presented with a Return # that will need to be included on the inside AND outside of the package. Please also include your order number on the inside AND outside of the package.

Customers are responsible for shipping/return postage. 

Returned products MUST be in original new condition (non used, non washed & non embellished). Please make sure the items to be returned are in the original clear undamaged packaging with no writing on them.  

We do NOT currently accept or offer exchanges or any products. 

We do NOT accept returns on seasonal/pre-order products.

ALL discontinued products SALES ARE FINAL and not eligible for refunds or returns

Please note there will be 10% taken off of your product amount if your products are returned in different packaging other than the original clear packaging OR if the original packaging is marked or damaged to allow it to not be reused.

Refunds will be processed once the authorized returned product has been received by ARB Blanks.

Seasonal/Pre-Order Orders

All seasonal products are NOT refundable and CANNOT be returned UNLESS the product is defective.  These seasonal products are special ordered and we do not stock them.  We only order based on what you order.  Seasonal order dates are set and kept so we can submit our numbers and get product to you as quickly as possible. There will be no late additions to seasonal orders. PLEASE do not combine seasonal orders and regularly stocked orders.  We will invoice you for additional shipping costs and can't ship your regularly stocked items until the invoice is paid. 

Seasonal orders are shipped at a later date, listed with the products at the time of purchase.
