Please place orders for pre-order items separately from orders with regular products. If you are ordering different pre-order items, please split these into separate purchases.If mixed orders are placed, there will be additional shipping costs invoiced. Mixed orders made with 1 purchase will be shipped at different times, in which we have to pay shipping costs twice. Regularly stocked items will not ship until an invoice for additional shipping is paid.
